No reviews

A guilt-free, high-protein dessert made with sugar-free pudding, whey protein, and skim milk. This no-cook, easy-to-make treat is perfect for post-workout or a light sweet indulgence.

  • Total Time: 240
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

Sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding (chocolate, vanilla, or favorite flavor)
Whey protein powder (56g or 2 scoops)
Fairlife skim milk or regular skim milk (3 cups)
Whipped cream (optional)
Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large bowl, add the sugar-free pudding mix, whey protein powder, and 3 cups of skim milk. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
Chill and Set: Pour the pudding mixture into six dessert dishes or individual cups. Cover with plastic wrap or lids to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Garnish: Once chilled, top each serving with whipped cream and fresh berries if desired. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Use a whisk to ensure the protein powder dissolves completely and there are no lumps.
Use vanilla, chocolate, or peanut butter-flavored protein powder for varied taste.
For a vegan option, substitute almond milk and dairy-free whipped topping.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
