Ingredients for homemade Crunchwrap Supreme laid out

For the Cheesy Beef Filling:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 or 90/10)

1 packet taco seasoning (~2 Tbsp)

¾ cup water

½ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

For the Crunchwrap Layers:

4 large (12-inch) flour tortillas (Guerrero brand recommended)

½ cup nacho cheese sauce, warmed

4 tostada shells (5-inch)

¾ cup sour cream

2 ½ cups shredded lettuce

1 roma tomato, diced

1 ½2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Optional add-ins: guacamole, avocado, pickled jalapeños, refried beans

Instructions

1. Heat skillet over medium, cook beef until browned. Drain fat.

2. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer 5 minutes. Mix in cheese and set aside.

3. Lay tortilla flat. Add beef in center, drizzle nacho cheese, sprinkle shredded cheese.

4. Place tostada shell over filling, spread sour cream on top.

5. Layer lettuce, tomato, and optional add-ins.

6. Fold tortilla edges toward center, pleating until sealed.

7. Flip seam-side down. Toast in skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

8. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Serve hot with salsa or guacamole.

Notes

If using 10-inch tortillas, patch center with extra tortilla piece.

Best enjoyed fresh for crunch. If storing, refrigerate up to 2 days and reheat in skillet.

Avoid microwaving to keep tostada crisp.
