Ingredients
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp hot water
Milk of choice (the amount you like!)
Instructions
1. Whisk honey for 5 minutes or until it’s lighter in color and fluffy.
2. Add instant coffee and water; whisk for another 5–10 minutes until stiff peaks form.
3. In a cup, add ice and milk of choice.
4. Scoop whipped honey coffee over the milk, stir, and enjoy!
Notes
Use any milk you love—almond, oat, soy, or dairy.
For stronger flavor, adjust coffee or honey to your liking.
Great served over warm or iced milk.
