Ingredients
1 (8-inch) whole wheat tortilla
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste (you can use coconut sugar as a healthier alternative)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
Instructions
1. Lay a tortilla on a plate, and spread butter all over one side.
2. Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on top of the butter.
3. Sprinkle a thin dusting of cinnamon over the top.
4. Microwave the tortilla until the butter is melted and tortilla is soft, about 15 seconds. (Alternately, place on a sheet pan under the broiler for 1–2 minutes until melted. Watch closely!)
5. Roll up the tortilla and cut into 1-inch pieces. Enjoy!
Notes
Gluten-Free Version: Use gluten-free tortillas or corn tortillas.
Dairy-Free Version: Use vegan butter or ghee (lactose-free clarified butter).
