1 fresh jalapeño (sliced, seeds optional)
4–5 oz chilled Sauvignon Blanc
Instructions
1. Slice jalapeño into thin rounds (remove seeds if desired).
2. Freeze slices for about 2 hours.
3. Pour 4–5 oz chilled Sauvignon Blanc into a glass.
4. Add 3–4 frozen jalapeño slices.
5. Let steep briefly, sip and enjoy.
Notes
Use organic jalapeños for a cleaner flavor.
Adjust spice level by removing or keeping the seeds.
Try a chili-salt rim for extra punch.
Garnish with lime, herbs, or a cucumber slice for flair.
