3 cups raw, shelled pistachios
½ tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
Roast pistachios at 325ºF for 10 mins, turning halfway.
Cool completely.
Blend pistachios in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
Add salt and pulse.
Store in an airtight jar.
Notes
Storage: Up to 2 weeks room temp, 1 month in fridge, 3 months frozen
