Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4–6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups croutons
1 cup shredded Parmesan

Instructions
1. Prepare the Caesar dressing and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15–30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill chicken 4–5 minutes per side, then move to indirect heat for another 5–10 minutes until fully cooked.
5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
6. Assemble salad: romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, croutons, and Parmesan.
7. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and serve immediately.
