Ingredients
* 3 ripe bananas
* ¾ cup cottage cheese
* 2 large eggs
* 6 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* ½ cup granulated sugar
* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking soda
* ¾ tsp salt
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prep loaf pan
2. Blend bananas, cottage cheese, eggs until smooth
3. Mix in butter, vanilla, sugar
4. In separate bowl, whisk flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
6. Fold in chocolate chips
7. Pour into pan, top with extra chips
8. Bake 45–55 minutes, cool before slicing
