Ingredients
**For the Cookies:**
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Blue food coloring (gel preferred)
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup crushed Oreos (about 10 cookies)
**For the Glaze:**
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs, vanilla, and blue food coloring. Mix well.
4. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly mix into the wet mixture.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
6. Scoop cookie dough balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
7. Bake 10–12 minutes. Let cool completely on wire racks.
8. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by beating cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
9. Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies and let set. Serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can stuff each dough ball with a mini Oreo for a surprise inside.
For a deeper blue, use gel food coloring instead of liquid.
Glaze can be optional or replaced with melted white chocolate for variation.
