Ingredients
1 tsp instant coffee (Soulistic Original)
30 ml hot water
½ cup unsweetened coconut water
¼ cup plant-based milk (oat, almond, or coconut)
A handful of ice cubes
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Fill a clear glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the unsweetened coconut water.
3. Slowly add the plant-based milk over the ice.
4. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and gently pour over the milk using a spoon to float it.
5. Add maple syrup if desired and stir gently before sipping.
Notes
Use a clear glass to enjoy the beautiful cloud layer.
For a stronger drink, use a double espresso instead of instant coffee.
Great for post-workout hydration or summer mornings.
