Ingredients
1 cup brewed and chilled butterfly pea flower tea
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Ice cubes
Optional: honey or monk fruit sweetener, to taste
Instructions
1. Brew butterfly pea flower tea, then chill it in the refrigerator.
2. In a glass or shaker, combine the chilled tea, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and grated ginger.
3. Add sweetener if desired, stir or shake well.
4. Pour over ice and serve immediately.
Notes
The lemon juice transforms the drink from blue to purple—a natural reaction from the butterfly pea flower.
Use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with “the mother” for added probiotics.
Best consumed cold. Store unused tea in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
