Ingredients

6 cups sliced zucchini and yellow squash

1/4 tsp dried basil

1/4 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp onion powder

Pinch of black pepper

1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

2. Mix dried herbs and seasonings in a small bowl.

3. Toss sliced zucchini and squash in olive oil and seasoning mixture until evenly coated.

4. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Cook for 10–15 minutes, shaking or tossing halfway through.

6. Remove and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use only zucchini or only squash depending on preference.

Add grated Parmesan at the end for extra flavor.

Don’t overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
